  18.      command.  The package contents will be in directory structure format.

  20.      The command uses the package _pppp_rrrr_oooo_tttt_oooo_tttt_yyyy_pppp_eeee file as input and creates a _pppp_kkkk_gggg_mmmm_aaaa_pppp
  21.      file.  The contents for each entry in the _pppp_rrrr_oooo_tttt_oooo_tttt_yyyy_pppp_eeee file is copied to the
  22.      appropriate output location.  Information concerning the contents
  23.      (checksum, file size, modification date) is computed and stored in the
  24.      _pppp_kkkk_gggg_mmmm_aaaa_pppp file, along with attribute information specified in the _pppp_rrrr_oooo_tttt_oooo_tttt_yyyy_pppp_eeee
